ADVERTISEMENT:
1. Advertisement contractor bears full responsibility for the authenticity of data and content of their ad that is displayed on the portal Optike.com.
2. Contractor guarantees that the delivered advertisement materials are their property and / or that they may use it in advertising purposes. Otherwise, they bear full responsibility.
3. Contractor guarantees that the ad does not contain prohibited content, nor that its content is offensive for human dignity; in any way does not cause physical, psychological, mental or any other form of pain or damage to any human being. Otherwise, they bear full responsibility.
4. Ad should not:
1. Use expeditious strobe animation
2. Use baffled interface elements such as false buttons "close", "continue" and similar
3. May not mimic the appearance of the portal Optike.com
5. Contractor can not put any labels (advertisements, logos, etc.) of others on their materials.
6. Occupied ad space contractor can not assign to the use of third parties.
ORDERING:
1. Contractor must submit their ad request at least one week (7 working days) before the desired period of advertising.
2. Contractor sends materials by e-mail no later than 4 days prior to the publication.
3. Ad material must be the exact dimensions that are published on the website portal.
4. The deadline for payment is one week after the announcement of the ad, according to the invoice they will receive from the executive before the publication of ad. In case of delay the contractor shall be legal to charge penalty interest.
5. VAT is not included in the banner price.
CLAIM:
1. Complaints to the published advertisement shall be accepted only by e-mail 96h after the announcement of the ad and then it will be considered. If it appears that the complaint is justified, the contractor will be extended the advertisement time period with the same time for which the ad space has been occupied. Complaint will not be accepted if there has been an error due to objective limitations of media, or wrong preparation of the ad.
OTHER:
1. Portal "Optike.com" reserves the right to change these rules at any time without timely notification to the advertiser. These conditions, as well as their changes, shall take effect from the moment of publication on the portal www.optike.com.
